Santiago, Chile : second communique from subversive prisoners in the maximum security prison – On the indefinite postponement of transfer and closure of the prison (24/10/2019)

About two weeks ago we made known the State’s decision to review the maximum security prison [CAS, “Cárcel de alta seguridad”], giving our perspective on the matter. This information, which is now public, has changed considerably because of circumstances that prevented the general transfer to other units from happening, so the transfer has been postponed indefinitely.

We firmly insist on the call to face this moment of struggle together, inside and outside the walls, for the destruction of the boundaries that prevent collective progress.

We want to continue to build daily resistance collectively, because we consider it urgent to strengthen all the initiatives that break isolation in this intense moment of conflict [a reference to the widespread revolt in Chile].

We hug those who are by our side and those in solidarity with actions and words, in the organization and the struggle against prison as an inseparable part of the struggle against authority.

We are convinced!

Freedom for the prisoners of the social war!

Solidarity and internationalist brotherhood for the destruction of prisons!

As long as there is misery there will be rebellion!

Athens, Greece: Anti-terrorist operation leads to three comrades arrested and one wanted

IT/EN

On November 9th, 2019, an anti-terrorist operation led to two arrests, charging them with robbery and involvement in a terrorist organization. At the same time, authorities are looking for another comrade in order to give him the same accusations, while arresting a close female comrade on lesser charges.

FREEDOM TO THE THREE COMRADES CHARGED.
STRENGTH TO THE COMRADE WANTED FOR THE SAME CASE.

Message from anarchist comrade Vangelis Stathopoulos from the GADA central anti-terrorist headquarters:

Once again I find myself in GADA accused of acts that do not concern me and in fact it is because I have not stopped fighting against the state and power. The scenarios elaborated by the counter-terrorism do not bother me. I will continue to fight steadfast either outside or inside the prisons.

WITH A FREE HEART AND RESOLUTE HANDS

On the night of July 7, 2019, three anarchists were arrested in a park in Hamburg. They are accused of carrying incendiary devices. Two of them are in pre-trial detention, while the third is released on conditions. (more info: parkbanksolidarity.blackblogs.org

Why would the State freak out so much about a few unused litres of benzine and a lighter?

Why would the State feel threatened to the point that these basic, simple and widely accessible materials, could cause such a mass operation: one of the highest prosecution offices handling the case, months of preventive detention, a media spectacle of slander that sings victory about the arrest of three “extremists”?

Why would the State be worried about some matches tied around a fire-starter, when it has an ever growing and innovative arsenal at its disposal, which it uses without scruples, composed of technology, infrastructure, weapons, armies, a propaganda machine to create consensus and confusion, a population dependent and numbed by the compulsive consumption of uselessness?

Perhaps these simple tools, widely available and within everyone’s reach, are often accompanied by something much more powerful, that no statesman, soldier or scientist will ever grasp: what a free heart and resolute hands can accomplish. Continue reading

Argentina: Anarchist Comrades Released from Jail as All Charges Dropped

via: AMWEnglish
On November 14, 2018 the accidental detonation of an explosive device that would be placed in the tomb of the miserable Colonel Falcon in the Recolega Buenos Aires cemetery, produced a series of wounds to the comrade Anahi Salcedo, who was stopped along with someone else in the place. In parallel, another comrade was arrested after being intercepted after throwing an explosive device at the house of Federal Judge Claudio Bonadio.
These three arrests are the beginning of an anti-anarchist hunt that led the State to raid different buildings and social centers, as well as arresting a dozen people who lived or had any relationship with a building occupied as a housing solution.

Italy : Text by Anarchist comrade Gioacchino Somma: Miserable wretches!

Everything was ready from the morning: journalists and live TV on the national channel…
A miserable judge in Turin, Roberto Sparagna, left no stone unturned in putting pressure on a gang of equally miserable individuals (jury led by judge Alessandra Salvadori).
A poor madman in search of fame after having moved from the anti-mafia prosecution to the terrorism one, he succeeded where other miserable colleagues of his had failed for decades: subversive association for the purposes of terrorism.

Already I see him in a few days’ time sitting on the Vespa armchairs in “Porta a Porta” [long-standing populist TV news show], along with some failed criminologist spouting off about anarchism and how it is divided into groups, smaller groups, good and bad and his heroic deeds against the F.A.I.-F.R.I.

I would like to remind the miserable deputy prosecutor that despite the high sentences you’ve obtained against our comrades, brothers and sisters Alfredo, Nicola, Anna, Marco and Alessandro, you have only won a small battle… the war against the State and miserable wretches like yourself will be a long one.
I am aware that these few lines of mine will end up adding to another pile of shit that you’ll vomit on the next judicial proceedings in the appeal court, but that’s not my problem…

Never think that I will lose any sleep with your threats because your fellow inquisitors have already tried in the past, and if you talk about me today it means that I am still standing and not backing off one millimetre. I will also continue to do what I do best: take your disgusting plan and turn it against you.
You will never see Alfredo, Nicola, Anna, Marco and Alessandro buried in your dungeons. They are with us every day, hour, minutes and seconds, and we will never fail to make them feel our warmth, our solidarity and complicity until we have them with us again.
This goes for them and many other anarchist comrades imprisoned in the jails all over the world.
This goes until nothing remains of your institutions and prisons but ashes.
Forever your enemy!
For the insurrection, for Anarchy.

Athens: Court of Appeal Trial Against Revolutionary Struggle Continues

via actforfree

At 9:30AM on Friday, April 12th, the trial in the Court of Appeals against Revolutionary Struggle will continue at the special courthouse in Korydallos Prison.

It is worth noting that the prosecutor, as well as condemning the actions and communiques of Revolutionary Struggle, admitted during his speech that the attack by the Revolutionary Struggle cell COMMANDO LAMBROS FOUNDAS against the Bank of Greece, could have led to the overthrow of the government and had negatively affected the economy, tourism and investment.

The goal of the Prosecutor’s Office is to ensure that the sentences do not change, including those of Nikos Maziotis and Pola Roupa who received life imprisonment for the explosive attack against the Bank of Greece in Athens that was carried out in response to the policies of 2 of the three Troika institutions- the ECB and the IMF. Revolutionary Struggle claimed responsibility for this action on April 10th, 2014. At the next trial (we will announce the date once it is known) the decision of the Court of Appeal will be delivered.

The Defendants Were Assigned Roles: Network Trial Gets Underway in Petersburg

The court trial in the case of the “anarchist terrorist community” Network got underway in St. Petersburg. Viktor Filinkov, a 24-year-old programmer, and Yuli Boyarshinov, a 27-year-old industrial climber, have been charged with involvement in Network. Federation Council member Lyudmila Narusova, who attended the hearing, pointed out the “ability to throw grenades,” which the prosecution included in the evidence against the defendants, was taught officially to members of the patriotic youth movement Yunarmiya.

“This case has nothing to do with the rule of law,” Narusova noted.

Filinkov and Boyarshinov’s case is being tried in St. Petersburg by the Moscow District Military Court. In January, the same court sentenced Igor Shishkin, who made a deal with case investigators, to three and a half years in prison. Subsequently, the FSB placed Network on the Russian federal list of banned organizations. Continue reading

FREEDOM FOR SILVIA, NICCOLO, BEPPE, ANTONIO

Trento/Rovereto – Operazione Renata

Statement found on: https://www.autistici.org/Macerie/

7 comrades were arrested on 19 February 2019 in Trentino. They are accused of subversive association with the purpose of terrorism (Article 270 bis) and an attack for terrorist purposes or subversions (Article 280).

The short-term nature and the large scale of the repressive operation “Renata” – in addition to the arrests, more than 30 searches have been carried out – do not yet allow us to get an accurate picture of the allegations and the investigation hypothesis, nor do we yet know in which prisons the comrades are locked up.
However, we do not need more time or more precise information to say who the detained comrades and other persons involved in Operation Renata in different ways are.

They are comrades who have been engaged for years, not only in the cities where they live; in the struggles against war and militarism, against borders, raids and the reactionary wind that is cutting off our air more and more. Against prisons and police violence. The comrades were determined not to leave the fascists any space and capacity to act, they were determined to fight against the many projects of environmental destruction, from the high-speed line Verona-Brenner to the wall of Mori. Comrades who on many occasions stood by the side of those fighting against the constant deterioration of working conditions. Comrades, whom we have known and appreciated for many years, for their courage and determination. Precious comrades.

FREEDOM FOR STECCO, RUPERT, AGNESE, SASHA, POZA, NICO, GIULIO

From Barrikade:

Solidarity demonstration in Genoa on 1.3.19 for the arrested of the operations “Scintilla” in Turin and “Renata” in Trento/Rovereto.

Banner: “Against the rule of fear and against the racism of the state, only the struggle pays off. Freedom for those arrested in Turin and Trentino”.

In moments like these, we stand together. Regardless of whether the comrades are «guilty» or «innocent». The state will always persecute those who want to overthrow it. So let’s take good care of each other and not leave the prisoners alone!

In closing, we would like to quote a part of the accusations that led to the arrest of the comrades in Turin:

“In order to establish contacts within CPR [Immigration and Repatriation Centre], they threw tennis balls with a multilingual brochure and a mobile phone number with which they agreed simultaneous actions within and outside the CPR structure. Then they put matches and everything needed to start a revolt and setting fire in packages of biscuits and other goods.”

May the revolt spread.
